This professional development initiative is being led by Prof. Dr. Jörg Hruby, a recognized leading expert in the Global Leadership Mindset field.

1. The Program's Core Focus: Global Mindset Development

 

The overall objective of the program is to develop the top Global Leadership Mindset Competencies for Business Executives. The core idea is to foster a "Global Mindset," which equips leaders to excel in a multicultural, interconnected business world.

The curriculum covers critical areas essential for international leadership:

  • Building Trust Across Borders

  • Enhance Cultural Intelligence

  • Communicating and Managing Effectively

  • Negotiating Persuading and Influencing

  • Managing and Motivating Global Teams

  • Emotional Intelligence and Emotional Empathy

 

2. Program Structure and Methodology

 

The program is offered as a Customized Program for corporate groups and is generally detailed in 4-week or 12-week (120-hour) formats, depending on the track.

Program Component 

  • Learning Journey: Each participant receives their own customized learning journey based on an initial global skills assessment.

  • Delivery: Delivered via synchronous Online-Zoom sessions (maximum 120 minutes per session) led by International Professors from different countries.

  • Required Components: The program is highly interactive, requiring Peer-Feedback (mandatory) , interaction with peers from 36+ countries, working on a case study, and writing a final Action Plan or reflection report.

  • Support: Components include mentor coaching and access to a personal Mentor for guidance on the Learning Platform.

  • Certification: Upon completion, participants receive the Certificate of Graduate from the Global Leadership Mindset Development Program.

Prof. Dr. Jörg Hruby is the key figure associated with this initiative, serving as the main contact for registration. His qualifications include:

  • A Doctorate from the University of Graz, Austria.

  • Extensive experience as a business consultant, researcher, and lecturer at major universities in Germany, Ireland, Austria, Brazil, and Mexico.

  • He is specifically recognized for his support of students on advanced academic work (Bachelor's, Master's, MBA, DBA, and PhD theses).

  • He is cited as one of the leading experts in the Global Leadership Mindset field.
