1. The Program's Core Focus: Global Mindset Development

The overall objective of the program is to develop the top Global Leadership Mindset Competencies for Business Executives. The core idea is to foster a "Global Mindset," which equips leaders to excel in a multicultural, interconnected business world.

The curriculum covers critical areas essential for international leadership:

2. Program Structure and Methodology

The program is offered as a Customized Program for corporate groups and is generally detailed in 4-week or 12-week (120-hour) formats, depending on the track.

Program Component

Learning Journey: Each participant receives their own customized learning journey based on an initial global skills assessment.
Delivery: Delivered via synchronous Online-Zoom sessions (maximum 120 minutes per session) led by International Professors from different countries.
Required Components: The program is highly interactive, requiring Peer-Feedback (mandatory) , interaction with peers from 36+ countries, working on a case study, and writing a final Action Plan or reflection report.
Support: Components include mentor coaching and access to a personal Mentor for guidance on the Learning Platform.
Certification: Upon completion, participants receive the Certificate of Graduate from the Global Leadership Mindset Development Program.
