Keneisha Salmon-Graham is a forward-thinking business professional and the founder of Virtual Kendesk Global Services, a consulting firm providing virtual business support and administrative services. With over two decades of combined experience in accounting, administration, and education, her career is rooted in precision, care, and integrity.

Keneisha has built a wealth of expertise working with entrepreneurs and large businesses both locally and internationally. Her experience spans diverse sectors, including finance, tech, and government contracting, allowing her to bring structure, strategic thinking, and efficiency to every challenge. As an entrepreneur herself, she intimately understands the daily demands small business owners face. Virtual Kendesk was born out of her desire to offer reliable, affordable, and personalized remote services that empower clients to grow with confidence.
Innovation and Education
In addition to her business leadership, Keneisha is a passionate advocate for innovation and capacity building in education. She is the creator of the AI Training for Educators Workshop, a professional development program that empowers teachers to integrate artificial intelligence tools into their teaching practices. This initiative reflects her strong commitment to practical learning solutions and organizational efficiency in an evolving global environment. She has also developed and facilitated training programs, managed financial operations, and supported strategic projects across various sectors. This experience directly demonstrates her ability to organize chaos, facilitate communication across boundaries, and drive strategic execution on a global scale.
